How long will it take to deliver my order?

It can take up to 3 business days to process & ship your order, while we strive to have your order delivered to you quickly, it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Please see shipping page for more info.

Do you ship worldwide?

Will you provide tracking for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped with your tracking number.

What type of shipping do you provide?

We currently only provide free standard shipping. While standard shipping does take longer to receive then express we do think it is important to promote green shipping and sustainability.  

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at hello@flawable.com. Once your order has been cancelled a reimbursement will be issued. We are unable to cancel the order once it has shipped.

There are items missing from my order. What happened?

If your order has items that are missing, please email us ASAP at hello@flawable.com and include your order number.

I received a damaged item. What do I do ?

I still have not received my order. Why is it taking so long?

We are sorry for this inconvenience. On rare occasions, international delivery may take more time than initially expected. However, you may track your order and see where it is located at any moment.
